30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Bleuvent bag. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original tags are not eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@bleuvent.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
