Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days — Free on orders over $149,
International Shipping: 10–21 business days — rates calculated at checkout
International Orders International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. Bleuvent is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages Bleuvent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at support@bleuvent.com.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
