1. Order Acceptance Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

2. Pricing All prices are in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.

3. Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

4. Title & Risk Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Product Descriptions We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are completely error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you may return it under our Return Policy.

6. Warranty Bleuvent products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact support@bleuvent.com with your proof of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability Our liability in connection with any product purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
